Sip & Stroll at Stowe Manor
Join us for a charming spring afternoon at Stowe Manor during our upcoming Sip & Stroll event over Mother’s Day weekend, on Saturday, May 9th from 3-6pm.
Guests will enjoy strolling the beautiful three-acre grounds and curated gardens of this historic Belmont estate while taking in the sights, sounds, and atmosphere of the season. Wine will be available for purchase, with complimentary water and lemonade also provided.
A special highlight of the afternoon will be live plein air painting by talented artists from the Gaston County Art Guild, creating original works throughout the gardens. Artwork will be available for purchase, with proceeds supporting local arts and preservation efforts.
Local historians will also be on site sharing stories about the rich history of Stowe Manor and its important place in Belmont’s past — a perfect addition for guests who enjoy history with their stroll.
This event is proudly supported by the Historic Belmont Foundation and benefits historic preservation and the arts in Gaston County.
